Noh Performance Lessons with INI
Study in Japan with UDAKA Michishige and the International Noh Institute
The International Noh Institute offers training in chant, dance and mask carving with founder Udaka Michishige, Master-Actor of the Kongo School of Noh. INI has introduced actors, dancers, designers, mask makers, musicians, and scholars from 13 countries to Noh, Japan's traditional theatre of masks, mime, and music. INI shares the traditions of Noh by offering high calibar training tailored to individual needs, opportunities to take part in unique performance projects, and information on all aspects of Noh.
